Exclusive Warm Ups For Pole Dance & Exotic
Old warm up with extra shoulder exercises:
For the Shoulder Exercises you need a terra band/light elastic band. You can skip the Exotic Prep if you just want to practice regular pole.
P.S.: Use your favourite music in the background!
