Who is this course for?
This course is for you, IF you are new to exotic pole dance and want to learn to dance exotic with the pole. AND you know basic pole dance (you did like a 8 weeks beginner course) & floorwork already (see my other courses for this).
The focus of this course is exotic with the pole!
I highly recommend to start with my Floorwork Basics course, before doing the ExPB.
However, if you have any physical problems / restrictions / illnesses that might speak against dancing floorwork, check in with your doctor first to see if it is good for you to practice!
Do I have to have some previous experience?
Yes some basic/beginner pole and floorwork experience is recommended, as I will not cover floorwork here and assume you already got in touch with "normal" pole dance before.
Do I need high heels for this course?
Yes please!! Get a pair of 7 inch heels for this course if you are new to heels! (or lower, but with more platform it´s a little easier too work with and feel it). And to use knee pads is highly recommended!
How can I access the course?
After buying the course, you will receive a link where you download the course in ebook format, inside you have all descriptions, information and videos for the course. You can download the videos as well.
Is the course with static or spinning pole?
Static! I recommend to use a Lupit Pole or Xpole
What if I don´t have Facebook?
Then I recommend to just create an account for the course (you can delete it later) IF you want to use the support option. If you don´t need that, you can do the course also on your own.
How long is one lesson and how often should I train?
Plan at least 50-60 minutes and 1-3 days a week for your training! With the extra conditioning and stretching in the course you can do extra training sessions to improve your strenght and flexibility!
How are the tutorials shot?
From the front mirrored + from the back, so you have different angles. You can also control the video pace and have chapters in each video.
How long will I need to finish the course?
That depends on how often you train etc., so you can finish in 9 weeks or take longer, and it depends on how much repetition you need. Usually students need 3-6 months to really master the basics.
What happens when I finish the course?
You can continue to use it, make sure to download the videos.
How do I get help if something does not work?
For specific questions about the lessons, you can always write in our private Facebook group!
I can best help you if you post a video of you there, if a certain move does not work for you.
